Tried this place for the first time and I was blown away. This is by far one of the best healthy food places I have ever ate at. As someone who is extremely intentional and picky about what she put in her body, I was extremely satisfied with my stop here. Fresh food, the flavors were delicious. I had the Banana Bread Blaster smoothie and the Hot Honey Chicken Bowl with half arugula and half rice. Will be back anytime Im in Raleigh!

First time at Happy + Hale. I got the coco curry bowl with tofu. 10/10 for flavor. The portion was a bit small, but otherwise the food was good. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice.

I enjoy Happy and Hale, but I have to say their portions are getting ridiculous. I ordered a bowl for pick up and this is what I got. The bowl isn’t even halfway full. For the money spent, I’d expect a full meal!

Great vegan and gluten-free options available. The place is charming and has a Santa Monica vibe. It's clean, the staff is nice, the food is fresh and the portion is good. I had the Incredibowl with added tofu, chick peas and cilantro. It was delicious! The lemonade was also refreshing. Will definitely stop by again when I return to Raleigh.

Nice spot in the North Hills area for healthier eats! We did the 'build your own bowl' option. The herb roasted chicken and tofu were both solid protein options. Our favourite veggies were the sweet yams and beets. The option to get 2 dressings ensures your bowl never goes dry. Would recommend their Lemon Tahini and Vegan Caesar sauces.
